The combination of Pure White, Pure Black and Pier17 Zinc in a 6 mm format transforms the façade into a perfect balance of design, durability and efficiency.

Arklam has once again showcased the potential of its large-format pieces in a prestigious new residential project. On this occasion, the brand has contributed to the construction of ventilated façades for a luxury single-family housing development, where the architectural design called for a flawless, contemporary and technically sophisticated finish.

To meet these demands, the architectural studio behind the project selected Arklam Pure White and Arklam Pure Black – two surfaces from the Solid collection that offer timeless elegance through their striking chromatic contrast – along with accents in Pier17 Zinc and Copper. These latter materials evoke the urban, industrial appeal of metal, featuring a highly realistic texture. All were used in the 6 mm format – the ideal thickness for ventilated façades thanks to its lightness, versatility and outstanding technical performance.

The ventilated façade system chosen for the project enhances both thermal and acoustic insulation, contributing to improved energy efficiency and long-term durability. Thanks to their large format, Arklam surfaces allow for virtually seamless installation, delivering a clean, modern aesthetic.

Arklam’s anchoring system ensures safe, precise placement, guaranteeing a long-lasting, low-maintenance result. Manufactured using advanced sintering technology, Arklam surfaces offer exceptional resistance to fire, UV rays, frost and chemical agents. Their low porosity prevents the absorption of water and dirt, maintaining a pristine appearance for years to come.
